NBCE opens part IV test site in Florida The NBCE Board of Directors is establishing an additional test site for the Part IV National Practical Examination at the Palmer College of Chiropractic campus in Port Orange, Fla. The site will be available for testing beginning with the November 2012 administration of Part IV.
